ARETE Super-Skills Clinics are back! Our coach to swimmer ratio of approximately 1:6 with 1.5 hrs of concentrated time on starts and turns helps our athletes make significant improvement in a single clinic.

About the Event
Instruction: Three-time USA National Team and former Rutgers University Head Coach Chuck Warner will be the lead instructor for each clinic. On staff will be national class coaches Kirsten Hinds and Kirsten Nota. Both worked with Coach Warner at Rutgers.
Facility: We will be utilizing both the main competition pool and the warm water pool for our clinics. This will allow our youngest swimmers (primarily 9 an under) to do most of their stroke and turn work in the warm water but have the deep water competition pool available to them. The older swimmers will do much of their work in the competition pool but move to the warm water for some of the turn work.
Clinic Format: Approximately thirty minutes will be devoted to freestyle stroke technique, thirty minutes to backstroke technique and ninety minutes to starts and turns.

You are registering for the Sunday September 12th clinic. Arrive at 9:15 for check-in at the pool entrance. The Clinic will begin promptly at 9:30 am and end at noon.
