ARETE Super-Skills Bundle - Two Clinics & Four Strokes with Starts and Turns

Instruction: Three-time USA National Team and former Rutgers University Head Coach Chuck Warner will be the lead instructor for each clinic. Among the staff will be national class coaches Kirsten Hinds and Kirsten Nota. Coach Hinds worked at Rutgers with Coach Warner and Coach Nota swam at Rutgers where she competed at the national level. 

Facility: We will be utilizing both the main competition pool and the warm water  pool for our clinics. This will allow our youngest swimmers (primarily 9 an under) to do most of their stroke and turn work in the warm water but have the deep water competition pool available to them. The older swimmers will do much of their work in the competition pool but move to the warm water for some of the turn work.

Clinic Format: Approximately thirty minutes will be instruction on freestyle technique and thirty minutes on backstroke technique. Approximately ninety minutes will be devoted to starts and turns for freestyle and backstroke. 

We expect to make a great deal of improvement in the single session.If you are a returning participant in our Super-Skills Clinics we have an existing color coded skill level for your start/turn skill set.  We work in groups of approximately one coach: six swimmers.The small clinic size and coach:swimmer ratio is reflected in the higher cost than our spring Super-Skills & Strokes

The Raritan Bay Y is our best facility we've ever had for our clinics.
