ARETE Super-Skills Clinics are back! Approximately 1:6 coach: ratio with 1.5 hrs of concentrated time on starts and turns.

About the Event
Instruction: Three-time USA National Team and former Rutgers University Head Coach Chuck Warner will be the lead instructor for each clinic. Also on staff with be national class coaches Kirsten Hinds and Kirsten Nota. Both worked with Coach Warner at Rutgers.
Facility: We will be utilizing both the main competition pool and the warm water pool for our clinics. This will allow our youngest swimmers (primarily 9 an under) to do most of their stroke and turn work in the warm water but have the deep water competition pool available to them. The older swimmers will do much of their work in the competition pool but move to the warm water for some of the turn work.
Clinic Format: Approximately thirty minutes will be devloted to butterfly stroke technique development and the same for breaststroke technique. Approximatelly ninety minutes will be deovted to starts and turn development for butterfly and breaststroke.
